Looks like few days, that have not updated my blog or put some new recipes. Today i tried some easy mud gooey cake recipe, that did turn out very soft, but not that goeey. But really yummy so had to post this recipe here. The recipe was from nigella lawson. Some of the conversion i have changed.

Ingredients:

Castor Sugar-125 gms
Butter-100 gms unsalted
All Purpose Flour-45gms
Butter-100gms
Cocoa Powder-4Tbsp
1 tsp Vanilla essence.
Eggs-2 or substitute with 2tbsp of energ egg substitue with 4 tbsp water

Method:

1.  Mix egg, sugar and butter and essence
2. Add the dry ingredients
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degree C for 20 minutes.

**** Dust the cake pan with butter and flour or u can put a butter paper, so cake can be easily removed
**** Results might differ when you use egg substitute. Also, instead of egg 1/4th cup of yogurt with 1/8th spoon soda can be used too. Make sure the yogurt is not too sour as it will change the taste of the cake.
****This cake can be topped with fresh fruits cooked in sugar syrup and cooled. Sweetness can be adjusted according to your taste...

Le Cafe Chembur..

Oh how can i forget to list that place. This is my favorite place to hangout. Lovely food and coffee and lots other food items to relish. Their philly cheese cake is yummy and desserts to die for. I often visit this place, and people who have visited it will also agree with me. The staff also very well mannered. Le Cafe has come out with a new joint at Rcity Ghatkopar, so if you visiting the mall, you can try it out there too. More details you will find on the site below.

TGI Friday Lovely Place!!

Wow what a atmosphere and food lovely choice of cocktails and mocktails. Their veg nachos are to die for. Their food portion is quiet large, so though the food is little heavy on pockets still can manage. Visited one in Rcity Ghatkopar. The reviews seems to be little bad online, but i did not face any problem. Service was fast and food was good what more can you ask for. Check out more info on this restaurant on this site.
